Jordan Kuwait Bank announced that its net profits in the first half this year soared by 4% to JOD 27.7 million compared with JOD 26.6 million in the first half of the last year.
Earnings per share increased to JOD 0.276 this year compared with JOD 0.266 in H1-13.
The bank achieved profits from selling financial assets by JOD 869.2 thousand in the first half this year.
It is worth mentioning that the bank’s profits increased by 28% also in the second quarter to JOD 16.9 million against JOD 13.18 million profits in the second quarter of 2014.
